Among the daily turmoil, the news regarding his car was a welcome diversion. The police agent on the phone said they had found his car in town; its unique shattered window made it clear-cut. Driven through a crowded location, the burglar had made the crucial error of running the damaged automobile through which a patrol officer was doing regular traffic checks saw.
